Who we are
Deep Cleaning Services London has been cleaning homes and businesses across the capital since 2018 — 8 years. We work in all 33 London boroughs and offer 19 distinct services, from a single end of tenancy clean to rolling commercial contracts across multi-site estates.
We are not a marketplace or a booking platform. When you book us you get our own vetted, trained, DBS-checked staff — not a self-employed stranger allocated by an app, and not a subcontractor we have never met either.
How we work
Every service we offer has a written specification, and our teams work to it rather than to memory. That is the single biggest difference between a clean that is consistently good and one that depends on who happened to turn up that day.
We quote on scope rather than by the hour. An hourly rate makes a slow job expensive and gives nobody an incentive to be thorough; a fixed price for a defined scope aligns us with you. If the job takes us longer than we estimated, that is our problem, not a revised invoice.
And if something is missed, we want to hear about it. Tell us within 72 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge — on every service, not just end of tenancy work.
What we know about London properties
Cleaning in London has specific characteristics that a national franchise operating from a generic playbook tends to miss.
The whole capital sits on chalk and clay, which makes every borough a hard-water area. Limescale bonds to taps, shower screens, kettles and tiles considerably faster here than in most of the UK, and once bonded it does not respond to general-purpose cleaning products. It needs the right descaler and the patience to let it dwell.
London also has an unusually old and varied housing stock — Georgian terraces in Islington, Victorian conversions in Hackney, interwar semis across the outer boroughs, and a great deal of very new high-rise development in places like Stratford and Nine Elms. Each needs different handling, and the products that are right for a new-build apartment will damage the timber floors and decorative plasterwork in a listed Georgian house.
