Window Cleaning in London

Ordinary tap water in London is hard, and hard water dries leaving mineral spots. That is why windows cleaned with tap water look worse a day later than they did before.

We use purified water through reach-and-wash pole systems. With every mineral filtered out, the water dries without leaving anything behind, so glass dries spotless with no need to squeegee or towel dry.

The poles reach up to four storeys from the ground, which removes ladders from most jobs — safer for our team and far less disruptive for you. Above that height we arrange appropriate abseil or platform access.

Why us

Why choose us for window cleaning

No spotting from hard water

London's water is hard everywhere. Purified water dries without leaving mineral deposits, so the finish holds rather than spotting overnight.

Ladder-free up to four storeys

Reach-and-wash poles work from ground level. Safer, faster, and no ladders leaned against your building or blocking your entrance.

Frames and sills included

Cleaning only the glass leaves dirty frames that streak down onto it at the next rainfall. We do both as standard.

Scheduled rounds

Most commercial clients book fortnightly or monthly. We turn up on the same schedule without needing to be chased.

Questions

Window Cleaning FAQs

The questions we get asked most about this service.

Why use purified water instead of detergent?

Purified water has all dissolved minerals removed, so it dries without leaving spots or streaks and needs no squeegee. It is also an aggressive natural solvent, so it lifts dirt effectively on its own. With London's hard tap water, spotting is guaranteed once the glass dries.

How high can you reach?

Around four storeys from ground level with pole systems. Above that we arrange rope access or a powered platform, which we can quote for separately.

Do I need to be there?

Not for external cleaning, provided we have access to the perimeter and an outside tap is not required — our vans carry their own purified water. Internal cleaning needs someone to let us in.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Monthly for shop fronts and street-facing commercial glass. Every six to eight weeks for offices. Quarterly is usually enough for residential properties away from main roads — though anything on a busy London route needs more frequent attention because of traffic film.
