We work on rolling monthly agreements with 30 days' notice. There is no multi-year tie-in and no exit penalty.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes — washroom and kitchen consumables can be included and managed as part of the contract, so stock is monitored and replenished before it runs out. It can also be excluded if you prefer to buy your own.
What happens if our regular cleaner is off?
Cover is arranged in advance and briefed on your site specification before attending. You are not left with an unannounced stranger or a missed visit.
How do you monitor quality?
A supervisor audits the site periodically against the agreed written specification, and you get a named account contact rather than a general enquiries line. If something is wrong, you have someone to tell.
Are your staff insured and vetted?
