Commercial Carpet Cleaning in London

Most carpet cleaning fails for the same reason: it leaves detergent residue in the pile. Residue is sticky, so it attracts soil, and the carpet re-soils faster than before it was cleaned. Clients then conclude that cleaning made things worse — and in a sense it did.

We use hot water extraction, the method carpet manufacturers specify in their own care guidance. Heated solution is injected into the pile and immediately extracted along with the suspended soil, so very little is left behind.

For offices and premises that cannot close, we offer low-moisture encapsulation instead, which dries in one to two hours and can be done overnight.

Why us

Why choose us for carpet cleaning

No sticky residue

Residue is why carpets re-soil quickly after cleaning. Proper extraction removes the solution along with the soil, so the carpet stays clean longer.

Overnight and weekend work

For offices we work outside business hours. Low-moisture encapsulation dries in one to two hours, so the floor is usable by morning.

Honest about staining

Some marks are dye damage or permanent fibre change and will not come out. We tell you before we start rather than after.

Fibre-appropriate method

Wool, synthetic and natural fibres need different chemistry and different moisture levels. We identify the fibre before choosing the method.

Questions

Carpet Cleaning FAQs

The questions we get asked most about this service.

How long do carpets take to dry?

Hot water extraction takes 4 to 6 hours with good airflow. Low-moisture encapsulation takes 1 to 2 hours, which is why we usually recommend it for offices that need to open the next morning.

Will all stains come out?

Most will. Some will not — bleach marks, dye transfer and long-standing pet contamination can permanently alter the fibre, and no cleaning method reverses that. We assess and tell you what to expect before starting.

Why do my carpets get dirty again so quickly after cleaning?

Almost always detergent residue left in the pile by shampoo or bonnet methods. Residue is sticky and attracts soil. Proper hot water extraction removes the solution along with the dirt, which is why the result lasts.

Can you work outside office hours?

Yes. Evenings, nights and weekends are standard for our commercial work, at no premium for scheduled contracts.
