How soon can a space be used after treatment?
Typically one to two hours after fogging, once surfaces are dry and the space has ventilated. Manual application on hard surfaces is usually safe to re-enter sooner. We will confirm the specific figure for the products used on your site.
Is fogging better than wiping?
They do different jobs. Fogging reaches surfaces and voids that manual application misses, but it is not a substitute for physically cleaning soiled surfaces first. We generally use both — manual cleaning and disinfection of touch points, then fogging for full coverage.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Yes, once the space has dried and ventilated. We use products approved for use in occupied buildings and will give you a specific clearance time on the day.
Do you provide certification?
Yes. Every treatment comes with a written report showing what was covered, which products were used and when, plus the product data sheets.
