The work is largely the same. End of tenancy is the term used when the clean is assessed against an inventory check-out report, which carries a deposit consequence. Move in and move out cleaning covers the same thoroughness for owners, buyers and sellers where no inventory is involved.
Can you clean before my furniture arrives?
Yes, and that is the ideal sequence. Tell us your completion or key-handover date and we will schedule accordingly.
Do you remove leftover items?
We bag and remove general waste as standard. Larger items left by a previous occupant — furniture, appliances, mattresses — need a separate clearance, which we can arrange if you let us know in advance.
