Deep Cleaning Services in London

A deep clean is not a longer version of your weekly tidy. It is a different job. We move appliances, empty and wipe inside cupboards, descale everything the water has touched, and clean the surfaces that only get attention once or twice a year — skirting boards, door frames, extractor housings, the tops of kitchen units.

Most London homes need one once or twice a year, and more often in hard-water areas. London sits on chalk and clay, which makes almost all of the capital a hard-water region. Limescale builds on taps, shower screens, kettles and tiles far faster here than in most of the UK, and standard cleaning products barely touch it once it has bonded to the surface.

We work room by room and top down, so dust and residue fall onto surfaces still to be cleaned rather than ones already finished. Nothing is wiped over and called done.

Why us

Why choose us for deep cleaning

We move what others clean around

Appliances come out, furniture is shifted where it is safe to do so, and cupboards are emptied. The dirt that accumulates in those gaps is the reason a deep clean exists.

Hard-water specialists

Every London borough is a hard-water area. We carry proper descaling products and allow the time for them to work, rather than scrubbing at limescale with a general-purpose spray.

Fixed team, no subcontracting

The same vetted, DBS-checked cleaners attend. We do not pass jobs to third-party contractors you have never met.

Fully insured

Public liability cover is in place on every job, and we work to a written checklist so nothing is skipped.

Questions

Deep Cleaning FAQs

The questions we get asked most about this service.

How long does a deep clean take?

A one-bedroom flat typically takes 4 to 6 hours with two cleaners. A three-bedroom house is usually a full day. The variable is condition rather than size — a property that has not had a deep clean in three years takes considerably longer than one cleaned annually.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients leave a key or give us access instructions. All our cleaners are DBS-checked and we are fully insured, so unattended access is routine for us.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes — everything, including vacuums, steam equipment and all chemicals. You do not need to provide anything. If you would prefer we use products you already own, or you have allergies or pets, tell us when booking.

How often should a London home be deep cleaned?

Once or twice a year for most homes. More often if you have pets, if anyone in the household has allergies or asthma, or if the property is a high-traffic share. In hard-water London, kitchens and bathrooms tend to be the pacing item.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean maintains a property that is already clean — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen tops. A deep clean resets it: inside appliances and cupboards, behind furniture, descaling, grout, extractors, skirting, and the high and low points a routine visit never reaches.
