This policy explains what personal data Deep Cleaning Services London collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We are the data controller for that information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in and your London borough
• Property size and preferred date, if you provide them
• Anything you write in the message field

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies on this website, and we do not set any cookies that require your consent.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and where you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and where you become a customer, performance of a contract with you.

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages on the basis of a quote request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Our website host, which processes the request that delivers this page to you
• Our email delivery provider, which transmits your enquiry to our inbox
• Our email provider, where your enquiry is stored once received

Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years after the last job, which is the period we are required to retain records for tax and accounting purposes, and for the limitation period on any contractual claim.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data, where we have no ongoing need to keep it
• Object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it
• Ask for your data in a portable format

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is restricted to staff who need it to respond to you or carry out the work.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data - for example by adding analytics or an online booking system - we will update this page and change the date at the top.
